how can I fix this?

I am having problems with my .exe files. I cannot get any
of them to run. Everytime i click one, the following
error appears:

This file does not have a program associated with it for
performing this action. Create an association in the
Folder Options control panel.

Can anyone help me fix this? Ive tried but to no
conclusion. Thanks.

Naw - just create an association to the desired .exe file
by foing to the Tools->Folder Options->FileTypes tab on
ANY windows explorer window.

Re-install the applications..
