Windows 10 How can I fix my corrupt registries?

Im trying to update my drivers but I am unable to do them through the usual AMD website so I have turned to the device manager and have an install of my drivers that can be used but I get this error

Also, when I attempt to update things from Settings this is the error:

The first think I would try is to run the "system file checker" utility, which has some detailed instructions here:

It looks like update 20H2 is currently downloading, did that install ok in the end?
