On the PC the netcf sp is simply a cab file for you to deploy. Visual Studio
does not update with it...

On the target you can find out programmatically or manually. Folow the steps

i download the sp3 compact framework.


is there way to find what is the current sp installed ? ( i need to check
both in device and pc ? ,and where..)
