Hello,

I have a problem. How can I find out the Sessionname in Win2000 ??
In WinXP I can look for the Sessionname by typing "set", but in Win2000 this
entry misses... how can I get it??
thanks for your help.

This variable is not defined in Win2000 because under Win2000
you can have only a single session. What do you need it for?

thx Pegasus!!

we thought wo could check on base of this variable, if our software is used
in a single user mode or in a terminalserver mode.

You are correct but since Win2000 does not include a terminal
server service (as opposed to WinXP Professional), the
variable is not set.

You can use;

query session
