How can I extract share calender information to excel sheet

I have been asked if its possible when users set their share outlook calender
this informatin can be automatically linked either to excel sheet or windows
share services? Instead of using having to manually remember and check
peoples where abouts when not in the office, or is there some 1/3 party
software available
