I have two laptops: one of them with Outlook 2007 and the other with Outlook
2003. I'm trying to export the contacts from the 2007 to 2003 version, but I
can't. For example: the name of the contact doesn't appear.

I created a file in Outlook 2007 (I've tried Comma Separated Values -
Windows, Excel 97-2003 and Tab Separated Values - Windows) and then I
imported it into Outlook 2003. But the contacts come without the names, phone
numbers and home adresses. The information that come are only the e-mail
adresses and business adresses.
Can you help me?

You never use import/export when transferring data from one Outlook instance
to another. Simply copy the one PC's PST to the other PST (while Outlook's
closed) and open that PST on the other PC in Outlook with File>Open>Outlook
Data File.

Thank you so much.
However, I don't know how to find/create this PST. Can you explain me?

On the source PC, in Outlook click File>Data File Management and look.
