How can I export contacts to personal adressbook

I'd like to export contacts to personal adress book, how do I do this ?

PAB's have been depreciated and are no longer in use, so there is no utility
for moving back to a format no longer supported. What makes you think you
need to use one? You should be using the Outlook Address Book instead.
