How can I enable The Macros

This is the message I get any time I try to open
Microsoft Word Excell The Macros in this project are
disabled Please Refer to online help of documentation of
the host application to determine how to enable macros
Please help

Anyway, in Word/Excel choose Tools-> Macro-> Security... and set it to
medium
