How can I enable put only shortcut on desktop for users

Hi, sametimes users put very weight files on desktop and after login in they are suprised thet it last so long. (eg. 700 mb access file:) Thank for your help. Regards. Adam
 
Hi AdamG, There is no such policy but I recommend you to limit the profile
size this makes much faster logins. Redirect My Documents of the profile by
using Folder Redirection.

This Setting Appears under User Configuration.

Administrative Templates\System\User Profiles Limit profile size

I'm also recommend you to read the User Data and Settings Management Paper.
