I found it online one time a while ago. I know there is
a way to edit the file the outlook uses to block email
attachments. Unfortunately I can no longer find that
article. Can anyone help?

Thanks

Do a search at Microsoft support knowledgebase:

- Go to http://support.microsoft.com.
- Advanced search.
- Select Outlook 2000.
- Search on "level 1 attachment".
- Select "use ALL words".
- Do the search.

KB article 259514 has that info for Outlook 2000. If you update to
Outlook 2002, do another search because the instructions are different.
