How can I easily schedule meetings with random dates?

I schedule many, many board and committee meetings for multiple users. How
can I easily schedule them? They usually are at the same time, but not on a
regular patterned date. We used to use GroupWise and I could set up the
meeting subject, time and then click on the dates on an annual calendar and
it saved a huge amount of time. Is there a way to do that in Outlook?
Thanks for any help.

There are third-party tools available for that. Check them out at

WS Repeat Appointments can do this - they have a free 30 day trial.
