The closest Outlook can come to a built-in method for sending a calendar as
a single file attachment is to export the Calendar folder to a file, then
sending the exported file.

However, if you have Word, you can use one of the Word templates listed at
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#print to push the Outlook data
into a Word document, then attach that document to a message.

If you have Visio 2003, you can use the Import Outlook Data Wizard to create
a calendar from Outlook data, using a filter to include only certain
appointments. The resulting .vsd file can then be sent as an attachment.

For a VBA code solution that creates an HTML-format mail message containing
any single day's appointment list, see
http://www.outlookcode.com/codedetail.aspx?id=24 .

Another technique is to use a third-part tool called ClipForm
(http://www.ivitar.com/clipform/). This tool uses templates to export
Outlook data -- a whole folder or selected items -- to the Windows
clipboard, text file, HTML email message, or other file types.

John,

You can forward an individual appoinment to someone by righ-clicking on the
appoinment and selecting forward.

If you want to share your entire calendar there are various way to do this.
If you are on an Exchange Server you would give that person rights to your
calendar then they could view within their Outlook.

Another way is to publish your calendar to the Internet or Intranet. Please
see Slipsticks website below
http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/olpubcal.htm

I am sure there are more options available but this is the general idea.

Francine,
Thanks for the help. It is an outside user who does not have access to
the server.

How do you export/import just the Calender Folder (not Contacts)

Can you import the data into a single calender or will you have 2 calenders
on your outlook ?

Can you "view an integrated" (combined appointments) ?

File | Import and Export. Or create a new .pst file and copy the folder into it.

You can do it either way.
Can you "view an integrated" (combined appointments) ?

Outlook 2003 can show multiple calendars side-by-side.

In the Import/Export wizard you get asked which folder you want to export.
Choose to export the Calendar folder. It should import where you want.
