How can I download the fix if I keep getting closed out??

I have gone into the system with manual instructions but
when I go into windows update I get booted after 15
minutes...every time...very frustrating. Any help out
there? is there a hardcopy version?
 
Download cleaning tool from www.symantec.se or other
symantec site and clean up. Turn off System Restore
before running cleaning tool. If You clean up using an
antivirus program turn off SR and enable fire wall in
explorer. The blast thing inserts a line in registry
about automatic updating when You connect to the net mvh
