I am dangerously assuming that you mean 'new script types' rather than
'new typescripts' or what you wrote, 'new type scripts'. I make the
further assumption that you want font files and not a copy of a new
script for a TV series, for example.
Here are some ideas. you can let me know if it helps and what other help
you want.
First, you have to locate the font files you want. There are many good
commercial sources. Also, there are many useful shareware/freeware sites.

Once you have located the files you want, download instructions are
usually found nearby. Usually, you click the download link. A dialogue
eventually opens. Follow the on-screen prompts.
Once on your computer, the file might need to be expanded/uncompressed.
Next, the font has to be installed by Windows. If you want instructions
