how can I download frontpage extensions for 2002?

I am getting a message that I need Frontpage Extensions for 2002 when I try
to publish my web. How do I do this?
Your website isn't very helpful.

Hi Diane,

I am not sure which web site you are referring to..but if you are trying to
publish your web to a server..then the server folks will need to install the
extensions for you.
