Files burned to a CD are automatically marked as "Read only" by the
system.
You will have to browse to the web files using Windows Explorer and remove
the read only
attributes from each file.

Can you provide the steps you are taken to download
I have tried to [copy] and then [paste] the web with no successful
result. I have also
tried to move the web file (via [explore] tp the CD in again with no
successful result. I've
tried RWCD and also RW CD. The file that resukts on the CD cannot be
edited.

I can't seem to download my web for use later if my PC should fail.
All
attempts so far result in a non-editable copy (as published) but the
copy
cannot be edited.
