How can I do a summary report each month of my calendars?

Not sure what you are asking. Feel free to use that big blank space
provided to explain your request.
 
I manage the vacation and sick calendars for 85 employees. My boss wants a
report at the end of each month showing an itemized summary of the days off
 
Is this data that is stored in an Access database?

If so, can you tell us the structure of the data?

If not, where is the data stored? In Outlook? On spreadsheets?
