How can I delete my email address from MS Newsgroups?
Spammers, scammers and virus senders are taking email
addresses from MS newsgroups! MS continues to included
email addresses and will not delete them after requested
to do same!!!
 
Well, you've learned to mung your address, so I can only add that a number
of recent viruses look for addresses in many types of files, including:
html, asp, eml, dbx, wab, and mbx.
So, an infected computer anywhere could have your address in an address book
or e-mail message or newsgroup message or a saved web page.
You will have to provide your own defense with AV programs, mail and news
filters and safe computing practices.

How can we get MS to delete our email addresses? They
have put us in DANGER!!!!!!!!!

Why would you have an expectation of privacy when posting in a public forum?

Grow up, and accept responsibility for your own actions.
