How can I delete freecell? spider?

I am terribly addicted to these games, and need to remove them from my
computer, it's the only way I can get back to being a productive citizen
again. I can't figure out how to do it.

I found three files on my c:drive when I did a search for freecell.exe, (one
had an fp extension) and I put them all in the trash bin, but then, when I
went to Run.. and typed in freecell, it popped up again!

Go to Start -> Control Panel and double click "Add or Remove
Programs".
Look for "Add/Remove Windows Components" in the left hand
column.
Click on it to launch the "Windows Components Wizard".
In the wizard, make sure "Accessories and Utilities" is
highlighted and hit the Details button.
In the "Accessories and Utilities" box, remove the check mark
from the box next to Games.
Click OK.
Back in the wizard, click Next.
Note: Do not remove any check marks other than the one next to
Games or you may uninstall items you want to keep.
