You can only decrypt files from the same user account that encrypted these
files. This can only be done if You start the operating system. Because the
hardware has changed, Windows XP will display a blue screen and will not be
able to start even in Safe mode.

Solution: You must reinstall (repair the Windows installation)
1. Insert the CD and start the compurer from it.
2. Choose to install windows (not the recovery console).
3. You should be probmpted to repair the Your old operating system - choose
Yes - You must repair it.
4. Once that Windows setup has completed, You should be able to start
Windows and logon to it.

* note: You may need to change a setting from Your system's BIOS in order to
start from the CD-ROM.

After You have decrypted Your files and backed up everything You need (files
and settings), I advice You to perform a clean installation of Windows - In
general, reinstalling XP with Service pack 1 may cause problems.

Good Luck!

No, I installed my Hard drive to another PC as salve drive for backup the
Data, login with my own user...but not yet get the data decrypted.
Any one help??

Connect the hard-disk as primary.
Reinstall (repair). - This is safe - it won't change the other computer's
hard-disk, actually You can disconnect it temporary.
Logon and decrypt.
Now connect the hard-disk as secondary.
Backup.
Format.
