How can I customize the catagory colors in 2007 calendar?

I have change from office 2003 to Office 2007 and would prefer to use the
"category" colours for appointments that I have used before. How can I
achieve this?
 
Click the Categories button on the toolbar and assign the desired color to each category.
 
Thanks Sue but I was really trying to use the range of colors that were
available in outlook 2003 so that I can still work across several computers
without confusing my colleagues (or myself)
 
you want to just use the same colors that are available for labels? I think
you'll just have to guess at the colors.
