How can I customise a contacts list in Outlook?

Hi
I need to create a contacts lilst in Outlook - showing Business name, main
address, ph number & fax number etc, & then individual contacts for that
Business & their direct phone no's email addresses etc. We don't want the
Business name & address on top of each persons phone no / ext no & email
address?

Probably the easiest way to accomplish this is to run Microsoft Access and create a new linked table pointing to the Contacts folder. You can then use Access' great report tools to create this kind of grouped report.
