Hi,

Maybe my question is stupid, but I'm new to Outlook. I would like to send
one mail to many people (not in one go) without having to retype the mail. I
downloaded templates from Microsoft website but I don't know how I can change
the text and save it.

Anyone can help me?

Thanks,

Remy

Are you using MS Word as your mail editor? Save a copy and just reuse
it. You can save it as a template (DOT file) as well.

Create the mail exactly as you want it, but don't address it. Then save it
to your Drafts folder. When you wish to send it, select it and click
Forward. Fill in the recipient address and click Send.
