I am trying to create list boxes in a form. I can create them but can not
figure out how to get info to appear in the list so I can select which data
to enter into the form. Help has just confused me, can a human help me?

Peach lady,
In the Queries window make and save a query showing the
list you want. Then open your form in design view and if
you don't see the properties window already, right-click
over the listbox and select Properties. In the Data tab of
the properties window select Table/Query for the row
source type, for the row source, drop the list down and
select the query that you made and save. If you want to
show/hide columns in your list box, go to the Format tab
where you'll see column counts, head and widths.
Does that help?

Peach Lady,
There are two main issues in a ListBox (ditto for a ComboBox). Look in
the properties for your ListBox...
The first is the ControlSource, which is where you tell Access the name
of the field from your table that will "hold" the value you will be
"selecting" from your Listbox.
The second is the RowSource. This is where you tell Access what values
(available for selection) will appear in the ListBox. This could be the
values of a field from a table or a query (usually a query).
To set up a RowSource, place the cursor in the RowSource Property field,
and use the down arrow on the right of the box to select an existing table
or query, or select the (...) and create a query "on the fly".
