At the moment I use a excel file to report some data. From now I want to
start using a access database, however I need to keep the same format that I
have in Excel. Is there any way of importing the excel file to produce the
report ? Or do I need to draw everything ?

Access does have the ability to import excel files into itself. However
Access should not be used as a spreadsheet that defeats the purpose of being
a database. You should either keep the excel file up to date and import when
you want to print your report. Or design an Access DB that can keep your file
in the correct format. There are plenty of websites that explain the
differences between a database and a spreadsheet. Read Them!

Also you can link the Excel file to the database and when you update Excel it
updates Access. Then you can use Access to creat reports
