how can i creat a table to schedule daily appointments

I want to creat a dialy planner for clients. How can creat it in microsoft
access to book/cancel/change the appointments & appointment times.

Why re-invent the wheel ? There are dozens of appointment planners
already available. Even Microsoft Outlook works reasonably, and it is
possible to read using Access if you want to customise it further.
