I want to copy to a CD my email address book and load it into a new computer.
Both are running Outlook. How?

Outlook does not use an address book. All its data is stored in one file.
The file you need to back up is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.

Take a look at these pages for info on Outlook data backup:
http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.htm

But how do I get the info from the old computer to the new one?

The same way you copy and transport any other type of file on your system.
Only you know what that is. Are these PC's connected or will you be using
removable storage medium?
