want to read it from the CD, and always that i open my
outlook and open the personal folder that ask for the CD.

What can i do, because when i create the services

a message that says: The Properties of this Information
Service must be set before being used.

I suspect the problem is that when the PST file is on the CD, it is
"read-only" and Outlook requires write access. My untested hunch is
that you'll probably have to copy the file to the hard disk and ensure
you have write permissions.

That is correct. Don't forget to remove the "Read Only" attribte when
copying it to the hard drive.
