How can I COMPLETELY close Outlook 2003?!?!!

Whenever I close Outlook 2003, it does NOT completely exit the program. I
have an Anti-Spam program that runs in Outlook. Often, I re-open Outlook
only to find that my Anti-Spam program has "gone away".

This means I have to access Task Mgr (A.K.A., the 3-Finger Salute) to
shutdown Outlook and restart it. There has to be an easier way to use
Outlook.

Can anybody help me out here?
