I have a lot of old emails archived, and would like to clear certain of the
Archive folders - how do I do this?

Select the items you want to "clear" and press Delete or Shift+Delete.

Thanks Sue - This worked - I had hoped it might be possible to clear the complete contents of the folder in one, but had to work up from the bottom, in blocks.

#1 I've cleared items out of the archive folder but am unable to delete the
folder itself. I want to delete the whole thing

AND #2 am unable to find the archive.pst when I search under Documents &
Settings
Thanks!

1) Which folder? What happens when you try to delete it?

2) Maybe that's not where the .pst file is stored. Check the archive settings in Outlook for the exact location. Or, set search to show hidden and system files and folders.
