When I send a report I don't know if they received it or to know where can I
find my answers or check public information. How can I do If need to check
it or to know my background?

I need some Ideas.

Well, you certainly need to ask some clearer questions. Remember, nobody here
knows who you are, what program you're running, what messages you have seen;
we're all volunteers doing our best but we can only answer questions if they
have enough information to dope out what the actual problem might be.
