What version of Outlook are you using?
If you are using Outlook 2003, I would suggest:
"My Outlook Calendar". You can
download this from the SlipStick.com site,
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#print
Customizable Word template for generating Outlook
weekly and monthly calendars.
This VERY COOL FREE template is run from a Word template
that when opened will read your calendar (Or any calendar
that you have access to) and build you a
completely editable calendar with all the details included.
All wrapped with complete information.
You may need to relax the Macros running in both Outlook
and MS Word.
If you are using Outlook 2007, I would suggest:
Calendar Printing Assistant for Outlook 2007:

This may do the trick for you. Provides many templates for choice.
It will be a separate program. Once installed, it is on the Start menu,
All Programs, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office Tools.
