Hi... =) I am trying to build a templete with a list of questions
where the users will answer YES or NO. Please help me to change the
color of the cell to Green if they answer yes, and Red if they answer
no.

Thank you,
Sajan

Look at conditional formatting in help.

(there's no email, no snail mail, but somewhere should be gmail in my addy)

Lookup conditional formatting in help, then use it like

cell value equal to "yes", click the format button and select pattern and
green, then click add and cell value equal to "no" and do the same but use
red

Try this:

Select the range of input cells

From the Excel main menu:
<format><conditional formatting>
Condition_1
Cell value is: equal to: Yes
Click the [format] buttton....set the color....click [OK]

Click the [Add] button
Condition_2
Cell value is: equal to: No
Click the [format] buttton....set the color....click [OK]
Click [OK]

Does that help?

Thank your help bob.

Hi,

Refer to topic - "Add, change, or remove conditional formats"-in the online
help of the Microsoft Excel 2003.
