I want an enlarged window (to the expanded view) each
time I launch a internet webpage from my desktop.(These
are shortcuts with IE Icons) These pages always open in a
small window, however my homepage is always Expanded.
Also, My windows explorer, these windows always open in
the small view too.I can't find the folder to change
these settings.I've looked in "Folder options" from a
Windows Explorer window, and the "internet options" folder
from Internet Explorer 6.0.I don't see any option to
launch all folders and windows in an expanded view. Can
you advise? I'm running XP Home OS
Thanks: Cray

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.

I can do that, but then I have no minimize.
Perhaps there is no option to do this,or maybe it's a
option when using split screen and stacking.I don't know
how to turn it on. All I want to do is Launch my IE and
windows Explorer in a maximized window!
Help!

I fail to see why you have no minimize when you do that.
Strecthing a window does not remove the minimize capability.

True, But stretching it to full size does.
I'm running XP Home and to cascade windows I just (r)
click on the taskbar and get a menu. I can tile from that
same menu. But your right about getting windows to
remember the view, I just don't know how to activate it
to remember the last enlarged (maximized)view. It seems to
default to the minimized view.
