How can I change the background color in slide sorter mode

I am running the latest PPT on Vista. I'd like to change the background color
in slide sorter mode from powder blue to white (for easier viewing of the
hiddne/unhidden symbols).

You can change the colour in Office Button > PowerPoint Options > Popular >
Color Schemes but I don't think white is possible.
