How can I change the appointment end time to default to 1 hour?

Does anyone know how to change the default end time for a meeting from one
half an hour to an hour? I don't want to have to keep changing the end time.
(I only wish my meetings were half an hour). :)

See if this works. Open your Calendar and select the Day view.
Right-click, choose Other Settings. Change the Time Scale drop-down to 60
minutes.
