How can I change text across all pages at once?

I have an email address that appears on every single page of my website. Can
I change it "globally" so I don't have to change it on every single page one
at a time? Luckily the hyperlink stays the same, just the wording has to
change.
 
That may give problems if the editing software is changed. Expression Web,
for example, does not support those site parameters.
