how can i change email extension for a large group of contacts

i have a large contact list and one of the companies has changed email domain
from @attws.com to @cingular.com. is there a way to change this once instead
of on each entry?
 
That technique won't work with substrings, though. The only non-code
technique I know is to export to Excel, do search and replace there, then
import again.
