How can I change a business contact's display name (no email add)

I have been unable to change the "display as" for any business contacts.
When sending an email utilizing a business contact the name and email address
are displayed. How can I change this
 
Hi,

The display name is picked up by Outlook when sending the mail as 'Business
Contact name + email id'. This cannot be set in BCM
