Hi,

I am running Outlook 2000.

I have successfully imported contacts from Excel, and they are all in one
"category" by themselves.

Is there a way to "bulk assign" this entire group???

Thank you...appreciate your help,
"Howie"

If you want to assign categories to multiple contacts, select the relevant
ones and right-click, select Categories, and away you go.

You can also use Group by category view and drag them to a new category -

Use Group by views to mass update company names and other fields too.
