how can i automatically save e-mail address when sending email in

When I am sending an e-mail message I would like Outlook to automatically
save the e-mail address I use to my contacts.

I can do it easily in Yahoo but have no idea how to with Outlook.

Please help.

You can't natively. There may be an add-in or code that you can use to do
this...
