i have developed a database for my business, which includes services
repeatable annually. I would like to be able to automatically copy dates and
data from the database into office outlook calendar. Is this possible and if
so can somebody please help me?

Hi Dave,

It's possible. You use VBA code running in Access to create and
manipulate AppointmentItems in the relevant Outlook or Exchange folders.
