How can I automate email from contact?

I currently have a large customer database of contacts. I want to add a
button to an outlook form and have it import the contact name into the email
with the appropriate address, phone, etc. (Almost like a Mail Merge). Is
there a way to do this and/or could someone refer a good book from which I
could get the answer?
