How can I auto delete mail from server when I recieve in outlook?

I have pop 3 server of my company I would like my email in server empty every
time outlook has checked the email. My pop 3 server always have a problem if
it is full

In your account properties' advanced tab, uncheck the option to leave mail on the server.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
