a way for people to fill in and submit the information in forms without
having to have FrontPage extensions installed.
The problem is my web is on winME and I need some way forpeople to leave
feedback and get in contact with me (WITHOUT SENDING EMAILS which are
insecure these days from spammers)(,
Also is there a way to make a forum without the extensions???

If You use the resources from Fp the FP Extensions in the
extended ms server are obligatory. Wizard new web->
web types->discussion board. (At Fp version 5-2002XP)

But You can create a database (ASP) structure with Fp
for an analogue web in a ms server without these extensions.
