Hello Guys-

I need to create a new item on Outlook calendar, currently we have 3 items -
Busy, free, Tentative and Out of Office. So I would like to create a new one
named "Home office". Please it is very important to my project.

I hope your good answer and your quick answer is very appreciated.

Thanks

I do not believe it's possible to modifiy that drop-down. Use categories
instead.

If you have Outlook 2002 or 2003, you could use Labels or Categories.

You cannot edit that list in current versions.
