How can I add custom fields to the input form in Business Contact

I would like to add fields in the default input form for Business Accounts,
for example the field labeled User 1. I could flag contacts and accounts to
receive targeted mailings with an entry in this field, sorting on it. I am
using Outlook and Business Contact 2003.
 
BCM does not support customization of the forms.
Hence even if the BCM forms (Business Contacts or Accounts or Opportunities)
were customized (new fields added or changed), they would not available for
use on the BCM data.
The customization is anyways on the wish-list for future versions of BCM.
