How can I add Bluetooth to my PC?

Hello All,

How can I add Blue tooth feature to my PC?
I know there is a USB pen for bluetooth connectivity , But I mean how
can assemble PC with Bluthooth feature ? Is there an adapter card like
the adapter of Infrared or what?

The only Bluetooth adapters I've seen are PCMCIA cards and USB dongles.
I suppose you could buy one of PCMCIA to PCI adapters to keep
Bluetooth inside the box. Or, you could also buy a USB2 PCI adpater
that has an internal port, like this one:

I'm not sure how well either of those devices would work shielded by the
PC chassis. Why is an external USB dongle unacceptable?

There is an example of a Bluetooth + Wifi PCI card here. An external
antenna is used, which is clumsy and inconvenient.

The USB version amounts to the same thing, in that it
is external to the PC, and includes both the radio
chip and the antenna function, all in a USB form factor.
