How can I add additional colors to the labels list?

I'm using Office 2003 Pro Ed. w/SP2 and would like to add additional colors
to the "Label" list for identifying more occasions by color. I have not been
able to find a way to do this so I'm asking the people that use it the most.

You can't. Outlook 2007 has about 25 colors available that you can assign multiple labels to.
