How can i access RedHatLinux 9.0 files from WinXP?

I have 2 OS on my computer WinXP-Pro. and LinuxRedHat 9.0
but i have a problem with starting up Linux each time i
have to use the start up disk.How can i make a choice
while starting?
And from WinXP i cannot see my Lİnux partition so 20 gb of
my disk is missing..Is there any way to make WinXP to see
my linux partition?
